Meadows Conference Center

Meadows Conference Center is a collection of meeting spaces offered to nonprofit organizations at no cost. A program of The Meadows Foundation, the Center provides a collaborative environment for coalitions and nonprofit organizations working to solve community issues, and encourages mutual understanding among diverse constituencies.

Meadows Conference Center offers free meeting space to nonprofit organizations working in coalition or independently in the state of Texas. To be eligible to use the MCC, a nonprofit organization must have 501(c)(3) tax-exempt status or be a governmental entity.

The focus and format of each meeting may be determined by the nonprofit, as long as the content or goal is in support of the organization's mission. See the policies and procedures for more guidelines and reminders.
